The Role

This role is for a Residential Property Partner to join this cutting edge and entrepreneurial firm based Mayfair, London.

You will work as part of a small team initially, but with strategic plans to grow fast with several heavy hitting property lawyers already expressing interest the practice too. The firm have a fresh brand with their marketing material really standing them apart from the local competition.

You will deal with a high-quality Residential Property caseload, which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold purchases, Lease extensions, Transfers of equity and Re-mortgages.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including for the right candidate potentially head of department prospects.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the level of PQE)
• You will handle a high-quality property caseload
• You will be commercially minded and want to be part of an exciting new venture
