The role
The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner into their impressive and modern office based in the heart of the West End of London.
You'll work as part of a friendly, dynamic and supportive team. You will deal with good quality work, working alongside highly regarded agents and brokers. The firm gets most of their work from referrals, which well demonstrates their emphasis on delivering a high-quality service.
You will run a conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy and planning for the department while actively mentoring and developing junior colleagues to help them reach their potential. The work is diverse and cutting-edge.

Requirements
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 6 years + PQE (there is no limit to the amount of experience)
- You will have a proven track record of building business and should be confident in your ability to introduce and expand on business opportunities
- Experience of mentoring junior colleagues is of advantage but not essential
- Salary will be market leading, depending on your background, plus an exceptional benefits package
