This Top 150 ranked outfit is looking for a 3+ Real Estate Finance Associate to join market leading their team based in the City of London.

The firm has ambitious growth planned making now an exciting time for a Solicitor to join the practice.

The Role:

You will join an award-winning and busy team that is led by a team of partners.

You will deal with a wide range of property finance matters on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. The firm have established relationships with bridging lenders and mainstream banks who are looking to ramp up their workload in the coming months.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Solicitor 3+ PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge with property finance and banking/finance
• You will have experience working within secured lending
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• You will work well as part of a team
