What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing your own caseload of complex property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, boundary disagreements, restrictive covenants, lease renewals, and adverse possession.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering strategic and commercially aware legal advice.
• Contributing to the firm's business development efforts in the region and building long-term client relationships.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development through guidance, supervision, and collaboration.

Who We're Looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years' PQE in property litigation.
• Experienced in handling contentious property matters with minimal supervision.
• Commercially astute, highly organised, and confident in client-facing situations.
• Motivated to contribute to both the strategic and day-to-day success of the team.
• Keen to take on leadership responsibilities and help shape a growing department.
