The role

This L500 ranked West End firm are seeking to hire a Property Litigation Partner.

• You will join a department that has an excellent reputation for high quality property litigation work. This role is to replace a Partner who has decided to not return following maternity leave. The department stands at a team of 5.
• You will work alongside the other Partners to drive the department. You will oversee the work of juniors and will play an active role in training, mentoring and career development.
• You will deal with both residential (high-value) and commercial property matters.
• Work will include but not be limited to; Landlord and tenant disputes, Lease renewals, Rent arrears, Dilapidation claims, Boundary disputes, Rights of way issues and service charge disputes.
• You will work as part of a dynamic, friendly and heavy hitting team who are all very passionate about media law.
• You should be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
• Salary is competitive and negotiable and depend on your background and level of experience, you will also receive a good benefits package.
• You should be someone who is confident to go out and develop new business relationships
