The role:

Opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigation NQ, including September qualifiers, looking to join a high-quality practice in Exeter.

The team acts for a range of clients including government departments and bodies, local authorities, educational and ecclesiastical institutions, commercial and residential developers and investors, and numerous private individuals in relation to property that they own or occupy.

Therefore, you can expect a varied and stimulating diet of work across commercial landlord and tenant-related litigation, asset management and complex strategic issues.

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm.

This is an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment.
