The role:

Opportunity for a Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Managing Associate 8+ years PQE seeking a top-flight platform for their practice, with tangible prospects for the future, to be based in Bristol.

This PIC practice is in growth mode and they are looking to welcome a talented Managing Associate who wants to take part in their journey.

You will have expertise in one or more of their key core areas of expertise in infrastructure, projects and/or construction and will have built a name for yourself in sectors that might include energy, utilities, civil engineering and other heavy engineering industries.

Aside from fee-earning and leading on transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.

In return, you can expect the full force of the firm's backing and support as a senior representative of the PIC team, with tangible progression routes to partnership for those who want it.
