The Role:

You will join this market-leading Planning team as an Associate in the firm's Leeds office.

Acting for major investors, developers and infrastructure companies, you will gain exposure to a broad range of high-value matters, including CPOs, planning applications and highway matters.

You will work closely alongside renowned partners across the Planning, Real Estate and Energy teams. This will offer you an unrivalled opportunity to learn from some of the most respected partners in the region and have a mix of inputs and styles that will allow you to become a more well-rounded solicitor.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role will suit a Planning Lawyer between 1-5 PQE
• Have gained experience in a respected Planning
• Exposure to Planning Law work, such as CPOs, planning applications and highway matters etc.
• Have a keen interest in progressing your career in a market-leading Planning team
• Comfortable building internal and external relationships
