The Role:

As part of the firm's well-established Personal Injury team, you'll handle a varied and stimulating caseload, working alongside Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked solicitors.

• Diverse Caseload: Manage a mix of personal injury and clinical negligence claims, including high-value and complex cases.
• Broader Experience: Support partners and senior fee earners on significant matters while managing your own smaller cases. Exposure to inquest work and Human Rights Act claims further broadens the role's scope.
• Client Engagement: This role involves direct client interaction, with travel to homes or hospitals as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ-2 years PQE in personal injury or clinical negligence.
• Experience across various personal injury cases, such as RTA, EL/PL, or clinical negligence, is advantageous.
• Commutable to Brighton, with the flexibility to travel within the South East.
