The Role

The business is looking for an ambitious commercial lawyer who can excel within their high-performing legal team. Your expertise in commercial contracts and data protection matters will be essential in facilitating the delivery of new projects, products, and services to their valued customers.

There will be the opportunity to draft, negotiate and review a range of commercial contracts, as well as supporting on Data Protection requirements, including data protection advice, impact assessments, consent management, and breach reporting. You will also have exposure to data privacy committees to ensure you can provide key business updates.

Other responsibilities will include; Risk Analysis, Contract Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with your professional development being prioritised to ensure you are constantly evolving and becoming a more accomplished In-House lawyer.

Requirements

  • UK Qualified NQ-2 pqe
  • Commercial & Data Protection experience
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
