Legal Counsel

The Role:

This established MultiMedia & Events company is searching for a Legal Counsel to play a pivotal role in their legal function.

As part of the team working closely with the Company Co-Sec, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of areas, including handling Commercial Contracts (supply/service agreements, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.), Data Protection matters, Compliance, Co-Sec, IP, and more.

You will be expected to offer proactive legal advice to the company board and business units, as well as engage external counsel when necessary.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments throughout the business, such as Finance, Marketing, or HR, allowing you the freedom to align closely with the areas that pique your interest.

Requirements:

• 5+ PQE and strong in Commercial & Data Protection Law
• Experience in the Media, Publishing, Events, or any 'Creative' industry would be advantageous.
• Building strong relationships with all stakeholders and adopting a solutions-driven approach
