Position Overview: As an Industrial Disease Solicitor at this firm, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for individuals affected by workplace-related illnesses. From asbestos exposure to occupational asthma, you will handle a diverse caseload with compassion, diligence, and expertise. Key Responsibilities:

  • 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in industrial disease law.
  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
