The Role

As an Associate Family Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy cases
• Private children law matters
• Cohabitation agreements and disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

You will also engage in business development activities to help grow the department and strengthen client relationships.

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified Family Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE.
• Experience managing a varied caseload of family law matters with minimal supervision.
