The firm is seeking a Family Partner 7+ years PQE to join their Dorking, Surrey office.
The firm used to offer family law but due to the previous partner retiring, you would be coming into the firm to build up the family department with the support of the partnership.
The caseload will include, but not be limited to children matters, income, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and more.
The firm currently receives countless inquiries every single day which they currently pass externally.
This role would prove to be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role, that might be seeking either partnership or equity.
- You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
