The role

This L500 ranked West End firm are seeking to hire a Family Partner.

• You will join a department that has an excellent reputation for high quality family work. This role is to replace a Partner who has decided to not return following maternity leave.
• You will work alongside the other Partners to drive the department. You will oversee the work of juniors and will play an active role in training, mentoring and career development.
• You will run a high-quality caseload of privately funded family matters. The work is a broad mix of clients, making for an interesting role. It will include HNW individuals, individuals in the public eye, but more run of the mill clients too.
• The caseload will mainly focus on finance and divorce matters, but also some private children.
• The department receives a large proportion of their work from referrals which well demonstrates their commitment to delivering a great service.
• The team has a friendly, supportive and professional working environment.
• You should be a Family Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
• Salary is competitive and negotiable and depend on your background and level of experience, you will also receive a good benefits package.
• You should be someone who is confident to go out and develop new relationships
