The Role:

You will join a Legal 500 ranked Employment team in the firm's Leeds office.

Handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment work, you will act for some of the UK's largest employers across various sectors, such as health, finance, and retail.

You will be encouraged to shape your practice towards your strengths, whether you want to keep a broad diet of work or focus on a particular sector/specialism.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit an Employment Lawyer between 1 - 4 years PQE
• Comfortable handling a mix of contentious & non-contentious Employment work
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
