The role

The firm is seeking a Employment Senior Associate / Partner to join their Mayfair, West End office.

The firm currently have one consultant who services the firms employment work. Although, they have a very successful litigation team of five that deal with high profile work.

You would be coming into the firm to build up the employment department with the support of the partnership. The firm currently receives countless inquiries every single day which they currently cant service due to capacity. Also they have a rich client base and the firm strongly believes that once the successful candidate is in post, with the assistance of also their marketing department they could quickly build up a client base.

As mentioned above the firm has a strong network of affluent and HNW individuals, business and household names.

This role would prove to be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role, that might be seeking either partnership or equity.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be able to run a caseload with minimal supervision
• You should be an ambitious candidate keen to grow something of your own
