The role

The firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate / Partner to join their Dorking, Surrey office.

The ideal candidate would be coming into the firm to build up the Employment department with the support of the partnership and consultant.

The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, and data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.

The firm currently receives countless inquiries every single day which they currently pass externally.

This role would prove to be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role, that might be seeking either partnership or equity.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be able to run a caseload with minimal supervision
• You should be an ambitious candidate keen to grow something of your own
