Key Responsibilities:

The role will provide exposure to a wide range of commercial and corporate transactional work:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate restructurings
• Investment agreements
• Share option schemes and related corporate matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Business development, including networking and presenting skills
• Conduct meetings with clients both in-person and virtually.

Requirements:

• Experience assisting senior associates and partners as well as managing your own caseload.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, commercial legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in handling a mixed caseload.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Competence in financial management related to cases.
• Ability to assess legal issues, conduct research, and provide comprehensive advice.
• Draft legal documents and advisory letters.
