The Role

This Top 100 firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Senior Associate with 5+ PQE to join their team in London.

This leading Top 100 law firm's Corporate team is looking for an Associate. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to work closely with senior lawyers providing advice to clients directly, and holds genuine prospects of advancement.

The team advises a wide range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to major multi-national organisations and local and national governments. The team has an enviable track record of working on significant transactions, including:

• mergers and acquisitions (public and private);
• joint ventures;
• management buy-outs and buy-ins;
• restructuring;
• corporate governance; and
• partnerships

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE looking for a Senior Associate level position.
• Excellent team and communication skills
• A keen eye for business development and career progression
