• Drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate contracts and legal documents.
• Providing invaluable support on M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters.
• Conducting thorough buyer and seller due diligence.
• Drafting board minutes and managing data rooms with precision.
• Overseeing and preparing corporate filings, including Companies House submissions.
• Drafting transaction and ancillary documentation to a high standard.
