The role
The firm is seeking a Contentious Trusts and Probate Lawyer to join their West End, London office.
The firm has a first-class reputation for providing a City firm level of service and expertise, you will work as part of a highly regarded team. The firm acts in all areas of trust and estate litigation and is increasingly known for its cross-border and international work involving issues of foreign assets, domicile, and residence.
You will be at the forefront of a new department in the West End office, but part of the firm's wider contentious private client team.
Requirements
- You will be at least two years PQE in contentious trusts and probates
- Ideally you will be solely dealing with a contentious trusts and probates caseload, but the firm is open-minded if you are dealing with a mixed caseload and looking to specialise in the area
- You should have first-class client and people skills
