Despite being ranked in the Top 100, they have a culture that you would associate with a smaller practice. The firm has a stand-out staff retention rate, in part, this is due to the high level of training, development, and career progression on offer. Many of the firm's Partners are home-grown, it is through their commitment to development that they have gone from strength to strength over the years.

The Firm

You will find a vibrant leadership team, the firm very much has an open-door culture where it is commonplace to find partners sat next to trainees and NQs.
