This role requires delivering high-quality commercial advice to a diverse client base, including developers, main contractors, subcontractors, and construction professionals.
The Construction Department offers comprehensive advice on all aspects of construction law, with a client base ranging from contractors and subcontractors to developers, funders, and private individuals. You will support projects from their inception to completion, offering a friendly and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
- Support senior associates and partners with more complex cases.
- Deliver commercial and strategic legal advice to clients in the construction sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contentious construction matters is essential.
- Prior experience with adjudications and TCC work is required.
- Non-contentious construction experience is highly desirable.
- Business development skills and experience are advantageous.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
