The role:

Opportunity for an ambitious Construction & Engineering Associate 3-5 years PQE seeking a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious work with a leading team in Bristol.

This role would suit someone who wants their practice to be a one-stop-shop when it comes to managing construction transactions and risk management for client projects.

You will be involved in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts including JCT, NEC3 and FIDIC standard forms. Further, you will advise on a mix of disputes in the pre-action stage and in adjudication, arbitration, mediation and in court.

They are looking for an individual who can make a significant contribution to cutting-edge projects in the UK and overseas to enable complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects to come to life.
