The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE to join the firm's offices in Southampton, Hampshire.

In this role you will be working alongside two Partners one senior Solicitor and a Solicitor Apprentice, this would be beneficial for any junior lawyer as this close-knit team would provide a perfect learning ground to springboard your career.

To align with this, you will manage a diverse Real Estate caseload including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Real estate finance
• Development
• Lease extensions

In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to progress within the team toward the senior level and beyond.

Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor NQ- 3 years PQE
• Previous experience in a Real Estate seat/ managing a real estate caseload
• You will have a great eye for detail
• Excellent client care skills
