The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this firm in their City of London office.

Real Estate is a core area for the firm, and the department plays a central focus to the firms offering. Commercial Property is an area where the firm has an excellent reputation and a client base built up literally over 100 years. You will join a team of six but will also work closely with other departments.

• You will deal with a varied caseload, which will include, but not be limited to; Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, commercial leases, licenses to assign, property development, portfolio management and some construction matters.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between NQ - 4 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one seat in Real Estate
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
