The Role
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (1-3 PQE), you'll be exposed to a diverse range of work, including:

• Corporate & Commercial Disputes: High-value matters such as contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
• Sports-Related Disputes: Work on contractual, disciplinary, and regulatory compliance issues in an exciting and evolving field.
• Regulatory Matters: Provide innovative strategies for resolving regulatory challenges across various sectors through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality documents, including witness statements and correspondence. Collaborate with the Partner and team to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional results. Engage directly with clients, attend court hearings, and support settlement negotiations.

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1-3 years PQE (exceptional NQs will also be considered). A strong academic background (2:1 or equivalent) and completion of the LPC (or equivalent). Proven experience in corporate and commercial disputes, with a track record of success in high-value litigation. Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. An interest in sports-related disputes is desirable but not essential.
