The Role:
The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their state-of-the-art office in the heart of the West End of London.

Litigation is a core practice area for the firm. You will work as part of a contentious team of 7. You will deal with good quality work both for high-value residential and commercial properties.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; Contract disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, director and shareholder actions, Company disputes, insolvency, cross-border litigation, unlawful interference with business, business partnership disputes, health & safety prosecutions and corporate fraud

You will work closely with the other partners to drive the departments forwards, you will be at the forefront of what is an exciting time at the firm.

  • You will have at least 7 years PQE + in commercial litigation law (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will be able to work unsupervised
  • You should have a good grounding in business development and networking.
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background
