The role:

Opportunity for a Banking & Finance Litigation Senior Associate 6+ years PQE to join a unique practice, to be based out of Exeter.

Led by two preeminent Partners, this team is looking to expand its ranks with a lawyer who has experience in banking litigation and receivership work.

You will take on a caseload for clients from large multinationals and financial institutions through to local owner-managed businesses and SMEs. The disputes will be varied and will often have an international flavour.

You'll demonstrate leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.

• Excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
• Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
