Within this role you will work across a full range of M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, often involving complex multijurisdictional issues. Acting as lead associates, working directly for partners and counsel.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development.
