The Role
A Family lawyer is required to join the busy Family team in Oxford (ranked in the Legal 500, Chambers directory and private client top family law firms).
The role will include a broad range of responsibilities including divorce and financial cases, private law children disputes and litigation, cohabitation, Non-contentious family law work including pre and post-nups, cohabitation agreements and Declarations of Trust.
Your business development skills will be key and will aid you in your general networking within the general Oxfordshire area.
Whilst you will be based in their Oxford office they are currently working remotely and so as long as you would be willing to travel in to the Oxford office, you may not necessarily need to be currently based there.
You will also, as part of the role, be required to provide assistance in large, valuable or complex cases conducted by our London office. You will be a core part of the team and able to access the technology, support and resources you require.
