The Role

The firm are looking for a Private Client Partner to join their flourishing Liverpool office.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the private client department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will mentor and oversee the work of junior Lawyers and help them to progress in their careers.

The firm has a highly regarded, legal 500 ranked private client department. You will join a highly skilled team that is headed up by heavy hitting private client Partners. They often deal with an affluent HNW individual, sometimes with International assets and interests.

You will work on range of matters to include wills, probate, LPA's, COP work, trusts, tax, estate planning as well as tailored wealth management and succession planning.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.

Requirements

You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skillsA transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageousYou will have good experience of dealing with large settlementsYou will have strong business development capabilitiesExperience of overseeing a team is desirable, however not essential
