The firm is seeking a Construction Solicitor (non-contentious) to join their modern office in Chester.

The firm is unrivalled in the size and breadth of clients from a range of construction sectors o include Retail, Care Homes, Commercial & Residential Property, Education, Healthcare and Transportation.

You will work on a range of non-litigated matters such as the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, initial procurement and strategic advice on risks following completion.

Requirements

  • You will be a Construction Solicitor (non-contentious) with 6 years PQE
  • You will be used to dealing with a non-contentious caseload

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including contract and policy drafting, discrimination issues, managing discipline and performance, and redundancy and restructurings.

You will find real variety to the work that you do, with a mixture of different clients, this will make for an interesting role.
