The firm are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Partner to help grow its established team in their Manchester office.
The firm is in growth mode. They are looking for a Partner to help drive forward the company commercial offering. You will be working at the forefront of the firm, working alongside the other Partners and leading the business development effort to secure new work.
The team has capacity to take on more work and the firm has a genuine appetite to invest in the growth of this team and wider firm.
The work will be high-quality and the existing varied caseload will include mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company formations, share and asset buy backs, company sales and purchases, articles of association and commercial contracts among other areas.
You will also be responsible for driving the business forward, developing the department whilst looking to offer strategic advice whilst achieving their exciting growth targets. You will have top-level support from the firm's Partners.
You will be a Company Commercial Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit with PQE for this role)Strong billings historyYou should have good business development experience
