The firm is seeking to hire a Tax and Trusts Manager to join their City of London based office.
The Private Wealth department is ranked top tier in the Legal 500, it advises business owners, corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals and family groups across all aspects of wealth management, trust and estate planning.
You will deal with a varied caseload across the spectrum of Trust and Tax management. This will include, but is not limited to; pro-actively managing clients to ensure any tax-planning and/or succession planning issues are acted on, calculating trustee liabilities to IHT, CGT and Income Tax, dealing with distributions froms trusts and reviewing and interpretating trusts deeds and related documentation. There will also be opportunities to assist with court of protection work where necessary.
Due to the growth in the department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
