The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Employment Senor Solicitor or Partner into their thriving Essex office

With succession plans in place, this outstanding firm are seeing a commercially minded Employment specialist to head up their department. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters for Employers and Employees such as:

  • Employment Disputes and Tribunals
  • Settlements
  • Contracts and Handbooks
  • Restrictive Covenants
  • Business Restructuring
  • Discrimination
  • Unfair Dismissals
  • TUPE
  • and Disciplinaries

If you are an experienced Employment Solicitor or existing Partner seeking the opportunity to join a leading Essex practice.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor or Partner with at least 5 years PQE
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
  • A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
