Over the past 2 years there have been significant changes to the business and due to ongoing success, they are looking to further diversify their offering. For this reason, they are now seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer or Employment Partner.
This sector of the business offers employment law services to its subsidiaries clients, over the past few years and as part of their strategic growth plan, they have promoted this offering significantly to their existing client base which has resulted in a consistent influx of interesting work.
They are now looking to develop this offering further to establish an industry leading Employment Law practice, although there is an existing client base including large organisations and household names, the business are seeking an individual with strong business development experience to increase this further.

This is a varied position advising national and international businesses across a range of complex matters in Employment Law services including:
Complex RedundanciesChanges to terms and conditionsTUPE transfersBuilding on existing client relationshipsForging new client relationshipsOverseeing the team of 8 Employment advisors
This is an exciting time to join an innovative business who are going from strength to strength and show no signs of stopping. Due to the seniority and nature of this position, the company are able to pay above market rate to secure the right person at Partner level.
A client following is not essential for this position die to strong relationships having been built however, should you have clients to bring the business will assist you with onboarding and supporting them, providing with all support necessary.
You will be an experienced Employment Lawyer or Partner with at least 8 years PQE Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageousYou should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flairA transferable client base or following is not essential but is highly advantageous
Salary is above market rate and negotiable, due to the seniority of this positionAn excellent benefit package inc. BUPA
