The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employee Incentives Associate to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office.

The team advises on all aspects of Employee Benefits, including the design, implementation and communication of Senior Executive and Employee Incentive Plans, the establishment and operation of employee benefit trusts (to support share plans and as a wealth creation vehicles), executive tax planning, as well as corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters.

You will work with a range of clients from Venture capitals entities to multinational companies. You will also provide support to the corporate teams on transactional matters including M&A, PE deals. The Team are leaders within their field and are often involved in the largest matters with a vast array of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. You will be given a lot of responsibility and every opportunity to progress within this department.

The Requirements

You will be an Employee Incentives Associate with at least 2 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE and more senior candidates will be taken into account for a senior position)You will be currently working within a City or International practice.Worked on share scheme mattersActively engage in networking and development opportunitiesYou will receive a competitive salary and along with an excellent remuneration package in this Top City firm.

This opportunity is for a Commercial Litigation Partner looking to in a high calibre City of London practice. You will be part of an award-winning practice, which houses Chambers ranked Lawyers and is Legal 500 listed across most of their practice areas. You will have exposure to a brilliant client pool as well as working on the most diverse work.

You will have the opportunity to Partner and Head the Commercial Litigation practice in this firms newly established London office.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner into their flourishing City of London practice.

You will head the Commercial Litigation offering in their newly established City of London office. With a heavy opportunity to tap into a large amount of work, you will be guiding and developing this new flagship office.

You will join an award-winning litigation team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

You will deal with a high quality of company commercial matters which includes; Contract disputes, Professional negligence claims, Debt recovery, Director and Shareholder actions, Company disputes, Insolvency and Cross-border litigation.
