Industry leading, Top 50 Specialist Litigation practice seeking a Law Costs Drafts Person to work alongside leading partners and fee earners in the Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury team.
You will ideally have 4 years PQE working within budgeting costs incurred, estimating future recovery and analysing opponents' costs.

The Role
This department is at the forefront of litigation work both in London and internationally.
This role covers a wide range of areas including drafting bills and statements of costs across Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury sectors, work closely with accounts team, assist with budgeting, draft points of dispute and reply to costs claims, assist in preparing costs budgets, advise on retainers and fee arrangements and provide accurate reports.
