The Role:

The firm is seeking to hire a Planning Partner into their thriving Nottingham office in line with their current growth plans.

The planning department is currently looking for an energetic Planning Solicitor who is looking to develop their career. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The work will be varied, and you will also come across a wide client base.

You will be given a unique environment where you can develop your career in a comfortable, friendly and exciting department. You will also have the autonomy to make your own decisions but be given support if you require it.

The Role

This firm are seeking Lawyers to join their pioneering practice. Gain control of your earnings and freedom in operating how, when and where you want. You can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom, although they have offices.

They will back you to increase your income exponentially when compared with traditional private practice options. You will take home 80% of your own self-generated billings and 70% on all referral work.

They will support you to grow a team, so you can take a more business development focussed role should you require/wish to do so.

They will look at Senior Lawyers and have no following threshold, so if you have a small following, 80% of this can translate into a salary that will substantially surpass what the majority of firms will offer in base salary.

Agricultural Partner

  • £65000 - £140000 per annum

They are offering an experienced Senior Agricultural Associate or existing Agricultural Partner, the opportunity to develop their own team as they see fit, offering full autonomy and support from other offices.

This firm has gone from strength to strength in the last 12 months and is now contending with some of the larger corporate firms in the area. The Legal 500 have been particularly confident in the firm's abilities and have ranked 30 different categories across 4 of its offices.

They don't have the intensity and stress of heavy KPI's which is an agreed feel throughout the firm, so the employees can take the time to understand the needs of their clients.

The Role

The firm is seeking an Agriculture Partner 7 PQE for both contentious and non-contentious work.

The Agriculture team are well established within this firm and have developed excellent relationships with the rural community in the Midlands; this existing, high-quality client base has allowed the firm to grow. The team has been growing steadily, and the team are keen to build around and expand the knowledge of the existing team members.

In this role, you will work a varied and interesting caseload relating to agricultural property, agricultural litigation, tax and trust advice and regulation/standards. The client base is large and split between landowners, estates and specialist agricultural businesses.


You will be an Agricultural Partner 7 PQE (there is no upper limit for PQE)You should be commercially minded, fitting in with the culture and profile of the firmYou will ideally have some form of portable client base although this is not essential
