The Role

Experienced Compliance and Risk Manager to join the Leadership team of South-West Regional

Joining in a position of leadership within the business, you'll take ownership for key business decisions regarding Compliance and Financial Risk obligations across all offices and area of legal expertise.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day Compliance and Risk Management, whilst ensuring the Firm's regulatory obligations and practice standards are met, being pivotal to the continued success of the business.

The role is highly influential with you being hands-on and professional in your approach, whilst running abreast in all current and future obligations.

Through continued communication with all colleagues, you'll tie your razor-sharp expertise with a friendly demeanour that encourages continuous improvement via colleague training and on-site office visits.

The Requirements

Demonstrated prior experience within Risk and Compliance managementAcute knowledge of all necessary obligations and considerationsInterpersonal skills, in keeping with the need to guide and train colleagues at all levels of the businessTravel between locations to ensure equivocal standards to maintained.
