The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer into their Leicester office.

You will join a Legal 500-tiered department, that is recognised for their high-grade work covering a broad scope of client needs. You will join a friendly, professional, and highly experienced Conveyancing team. You will deal with a varied caseload including:

Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesRe-mortgagesTransfers of equityLease extensions

Requirements

You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with 2 PQE There is no upper limit in PQEYou should have excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumenYou will have experience with business development and be good at developing and maintaining client relationships
