The construction department manage a high calibre caseload and take advantage of excellent referrals from their well ranked Real Estate department.

The construction team deliver legal and industry support services to clients from the inception of projects through to completion. They also provide commercial solutions to clients during the lifecycle of ongoing contracts to avoid disputes and mitigate additional costs. They carry out all standard non-contentious and contentious work as well as specialising in managing risk in bespoke procurement.

You will demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge within the construction field and have experience advising public and private sector developers, contractors and consultants.
