The Role

The firm are seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join their modern, and growing Chester office.

You will deal with a broad client base, including individual and corporate investors, commercial banks, insolvency practitioners and developers, covering many industry sectors. The sheer level of variety will make for an interesting caseload. The department house heavy hitting lawyers that are recognised in the Legal 500.

You work on a high value caseload will involve sales and purchases, commercial financing, corporate disposal and acquisition, landlord and tenant, land and property development and estate management.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)You will have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flairExperience of overseeing a team is desirable, however not essentialA transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous

Remuneration

The Role

Due to a thriving practice, the firm is seeking a new Contentious Probate Solicitor 3 years PQE

You will work within a busy and experienced team, providing a high quality of services on all aspects of contentious wills, trusts, and probate cases for a wide range of client. In addition to technical expertise, a strong people focus is key given the extremely sensitive nature of this kind of work.

You will work closely alongside established Partners and as a result; will be exposed to some very excellent quality work.

To add some more strings to your bow, the department sit with the Private Client team, so there will be an opportunity to carry out non transactional work of wills and probates in addition to this.

Requirements

You will be a Solicitor 3 years PQE with experience in contentious probate client workExperience within private client would also be highly advantageousYou will have good communication and be a team playerA meticulous eye for detailYou will have a pragmatic approach to your work
