Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the leading Corporate department are well-versed in top-end transactions for a wealth of national companies & regional businesses across the retail, manufacturing, healthcare & technology sectors.

To align with this, you will manage a varied caseload, including complex M&As, private equity deals, joint ventures, general corporate governance and shareholder arrangements.

As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to support the junior members of the team and take the lead on complex & high-value projects.
