Opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join the in-house legal arm of this financial services corporation, to be based in Bristol.
The Legal Group within this company handles a range of legal matters and advises group entities on commercial contracts, corporate governance, disputes, and its portfolio of investment/property assets from a corporate risk perspective.
This hire will be supporting fee earners across the group as well as their in-house General Counsel/Company Secretary. Duties will include but not be limited to: responsibility for all travel and diary management; meeting preparations; file management tasks to ensure full compliance; produce and amend precedent letters and house-style documents; respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners; ensure excellent and clear communication at all times.
