The firm are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant / PA to join their Business Crime department in their newly refurbished City of London office.
The Business Crime department (ranked tier 1) is headed up by an experienced and well-respected Partner, who is at the top of their game. You will work closely with them and a well-established team of fee earners in the team to ensure the smooth running of proceedings in the office. Managing diaries, assisting and planning events, opening files and providing excellent client care will be a few of the duties you will undertake.
You must have 1 or more years' experience as a Legal PA working in a law firm. Experience in Business Crime Law would be beneficial but not essential.
You will have 1 or more experience working in a law firm (previous Business Crime and some Litigation experience is beneficial but not essential)You will have excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou will have a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft packages as well as PDF editingYou will be self-motivated, have high organisation skills and be able to manage your time effectivelyYou will be able to display sensitivity to client's needs
