The role will cover a wide range of duties including providing first class service, often as the first point of contact to the department's clients, diary management, travel and logistics arrangement, filing, organisation, raising payments and more. There will also be an opportunity to assist with marketing events, materials and planning to include sourcing venues and co-ordination.

The Role

They are seeking to hire an ambitious Legal Secretary to join their growing Residential Property department.

You will be opening new matters, carrying out general administration and be the client liaison over the phone and in the office.
