The team includes a dedicated brand protection team and many fee earners providing both contentious and non-contentious advice.
Clients with which the brand protection team works range from small/medium-sized businesses to larger PLCs. Their sector focus is highly interesting - a lot of technology, fashion, life sciences clients and more!
Much of the work is international, and significant volumes of instructions originate from overseas law firms.
The practice manages the portfolios of major brand owners from leading fashion brands to entertainment businesses and food companies to tech start-ups.
